Managed and oversaw the daily operations of the in-house OSP engineering group, for KDL & CMN. I was responsible for providing accurate daily & weekly production reports to upper management. Also, I provided an engineering schedule, which was updated daily & weekly. Worked in conjunction with all Project Managers to resolve any and all issues, which included current or previously engineered routes i.e. permitting, revisions, makeready, etc. Pre-ride proposed routes, to resolve any and all questions prior to OSP engineers arriving on routes to be engineered.
